Carlos’s mother is Ana. La madre de Carlos es Ana.

⚠️ Common mistake — HIS vs HER: Use His for males (brother, father, Carlos). Use Her for females (sister, mother, Sofia). Example: His mother = Carlos’s mother. Her brother = Sofia’s brother.
