THE RULE IS SIMPLE: Just use the base verb. No I, No You. Just the action!

[Open book] OPEN your book! [Close it] CLOSE your book!
[Point to ear] LISTEN! [Point at student] REPEAT!

Negative imperatives — add DON'T:
DON'T run! DON'T talk! DON'T be late!

Polite imperatives — add PLEASE:
Sit down, please. Listen carefully, please.
