Students will be able to express feelings and states using I am not, You are not, and He / She is not, and ask how someone is feeling.
Teacher Note
What You Will Deliver
Units 1 and 2 taught affirmative sentences. Unit 3 introduces the negative — a critical structure students need to express how they really feel. By the end, every student must be able to say “I am not tired” or “She is not happy” and ask “How are you?” in a real conversation.
