3️⃣ Focus on
pronunciation, (saying each word clearly, especially the beginning and ending sounds.)
rhythm, (grouping words together smoothly, without stopping after every word.)
and natural speed. (means speaking at a normal pace — not too slow, not too fast.)
4️⃣ Keep speaking until the time ends.

Instructions

1 You will hear a customer service question.

2 Listen carefully to the question.

3 After the audio ends, you will see four possible answers.

4 You have 6 seconds to:

  • Read all four options
  • Choose the best customer service response
  • Click your answer

5 Focus on selecting the response that:

  • Directly answers the question
  • Sounds professional and appropriate
  • Would be used in a real call center

6 The correct answer will be highlighted in green.

7 The system will automatically move to the next question.

  • Think silently about the proper word order

3 After the thinking time, you will hear a beep.

4 You then have 4 seconds to:

  • Say the complete sentence aloud
  • Speak clearly and naturally
  • Use proper pronunciation and rhythm

5 The correct sentence will appear in green.

6 You will hear the correct sentence spoken.

7 The system will automatically move to the next question.

  • Retell the story out loud
  • Use your own words
  • Include the main points

5 Focus on:

  • What happened in the story
  • The key information
  • Speaking naturally and clearly

6 After you finish speaking:

  • You will see the correct story in writing
  • You will hear the story again
  • You have 10 seconds to read and listen

7 The system will automatically move to the next story.

Instructions:

2 Listen carefully to understand the phrase.

3 After the phrase is shown, four answer options will appear.

4 You have 10 seconds to:

  • Read all four options
  • Choose the one that best matches the meaning

5 Click or tap your answer.

6 You will see immediate feedback:

  • Green = Correct answer
  • Red = Your answer (if incorrect)
  • The correct answer will always show in green

7 The system will automatically move to the next vocabulary item.

8 At the end of the set, you will see your score:

  • Number of correct answers
  • Number of incorrect answers
  • Your accuracy percentage

9 Complete all 10 items in the set to see your results.

  • Use the suggestions shown on screen
  • Speak in full sentences

5 Focus on:

  • Using the guidance words provided
  • Speaking naturally and clearly
  • Including relevant information

6 After you finish speaking:

  • You will see the suggested answer in writing
  • You will hear the suggested answer
  • You have 10 seconds to read and listen
  • Your answer does not need to be exactly the same

7 The system will automatically move to the next question.
