My Daily Routine

Hi there! My name is Emily, and I want to tell you about my daily routine. I’m a student, so my weekdays are pretty busy. From Monday to Friday, I wake up at 7:00 AM. I start my day with some stretching exercises to wake up my body. Then, I have a healthy breakfast, usually cereal with fruits.

I leave for school at 8:00 AM. My school starts at 8:30 AM, and I like to be there a bit early to chat with my friends before the classes begin. I have five classes every day, including English, Math, Science, History, and Physical Education. I enjoy all my classes, but English is my favorite.

After school, I return home and have lunch at around 1:00 PM. My mom prepares delicious meals, and we usually have rice or pasta with vegetables. I help with the dishes before I start my homework. Homework takes up a big part of my afternoon. I finish it by 5:00 PM.

Evenings are my free time. I enjoy reading books and playing the guitar. I practice the guitar for about an hour every day. Sometimes, I also watch educational videos online. I have dinner at 7:30 PM. My dad is a great cook, and he often grills chicken or makes stir-fry.

I like to relax in the evenings by watching a movie or chatting with my family. I make sure to go to bed early, usually by 10:00 PM, so I can be well-rested for the next day.
